Review: After my dental cleaning on 11/**/14 I was told that on my previous visit on 7/**/14, I had been given flouride, but that they failed to charge me for it, and $40 for the flouride was added to my charges for that day's visit. Although I do not believe I received the flouride, (I am 56 and haven't had flouride for many years), I paid the bill, including the $40 additional charge. As I left, I was upset by this and called my father, who is a retired dentist to ask him his thoughts about this. His response was that, with flouride in our water and toothpaste, there is no reason for me to have had flouride that I should request a refund and a reasonable dentist would give me the refund. I have tried to contact the [redacted] of the company, [redacted], numerous times to discuss this with him. He has never been in the office when I have called; each time I requested that he call me back, but he never has. Finally, when I called this week and he wasn't in, I explained the situation to [redacted], the [redacted], and asked her to speak with Mr. Plotnick to ask him to approve the refund and explain that I had a cleaning scheduled but would cancel it if he does not credit me for the flouride, which I do not need and don't believe I received. Today I called back and spoke again to [redacted]; she said that the flouride is in my records, so she could do nothing to help me.Desired Settlement: Credit me for service I did not need and do not believe I received.
