Review: The company states their business hours are Mon-Fri 10a-6p but no one ever answers the phone. I email them and they answer 50% of the time. Most of my contact was through email since that is the only way I could get a response. I ordered a rental bridesmaids dress. The dress was supposed to ship on Tuesday for 2 day delivery and arrive at my home on Thursday. A shipping notification is supposed to be emailed once it has been shipped. I did not receive any notice Tuesday. I am finally able to reach them and they state it could still be shipped that afternoon or the next morning for overnight delivery of arrival by Thursday. On Wednesday, I still do not have a shipping notification. I contact them again and they state it should be sent overnight. On Thursday, I still have not received the shipping notification. Therefore, I contact them again and they picked up the dress from their warehouse that morning and it should be shipped out by 5pm for overnight shipping. I never received a shipping notification so I call them Friday morning and they state it did actually go out Thursday and she emails me a tracking number that I should have already received. After the weekend when I go to return the dress, no return packaging was included as it should have been. They email me back on Monday and say a return email will be sent to be by Tuesday afternoon. It is now Wednesday and I have called and emailed several times with no response. I just want a return label so I no longer have to deal with this company. It is very frustrating when trying to reach a company and no one answers as well as the company not following their word. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the hassle I have dealt with for this company. It was a close call and I almost did not have the dress in time for the wedding. The company did offer to send it overnight to my destination but I did not want to alarm the bride so my fianc drove 2 hours to bring it to me.
