In regards to complaint #[redacted] filed on 11/3/2015 by [redacted]. I, [redacted], owner of Union Street Montessori School, wish to settle with [redacted] for her desired settlement of the three days and 100.00 for annual mat fee. In my last conversation with [redacted], on October 28, she...

stated that she wanted two days and 100.00 back. on 11/2/15, I sent a check to her for 176.00 and 2 days at 38.00 per day totaling 76.00 plus 100.00  mat fee. After receiving the Revdex.com's letter I see that [redacted] wants 3 days returned. On 11/13/2015 a check for 38.00 was sent to [redacted] along with her sons tube of sunscreen. I don't know what she is referring to as personal belongings and she has not returned my phone call of 11/8/2015. Please Note that I returned 38.00 per day not 37.50 as [redacted] requested. Also please note that 3 times 38 is 114.00 not 125.50.
