Best at showing ZERO Pride in their Customer Service !!!!
My experience with this place is the worse I have ever had to deal with.
They lack everything, No way close to any kind of professionalism. They are best at showing ZERO pride in their customer service. Taking more than just a sufficient allowable amount of time with responding back to their paying customers. A company with no protocol in place what so ever. If one requests to speak/contact a manager, you will get a phone number instead of an associate trying to resolve your issue. You will receive an email back with regards to your issue - no matter what the issue, a basic "used for everything form" email which is a waste of your time and energy. I would love to share the emails I've sent and received from this place but they are to detailed on my part with nothing much back from them to resolve my order issues. It should never ever take over a month to find out any information on an order you have placed. I'll never, ever order anything from here again. Union Supply Direct should remove their services to all the CDC facilities as they definitely know Zero or seem to care how important these orders are to the individuals who are waiting to receive them from their families. Families who thought they could rely on Union Supply Direct when placing orders. They should be ashamed of how they treat people period. Take some pride in how your company is operated before it ends up being a non-essential company.

My order was placed originally online on October 14. I received an email saying that the order was cancelled at 7:30 am and at 11:15 am I received an order confirmation. So it was assumed the problem was fixed. After my son reported that he hadn’t received the order I called on November 9,2018 at 4 pm. After 22 minutes on hold, I spoke with customer service who told me that my credit card refused the order. No one contacted me despite the fact you have my number. We reinstated the order making a few changes as some things were no longer available. The new confirmation number was SO5973202. After returning from a trip out of the country, I discovered the order still hadn’t shipped. After another 16 minutes on hold, I spoke to customer service and was told they “hadn’t pushed the payment through”. Whatever that means. The agent promised that she and her supervisor would look into the order. She promised to send me a confirmation email and a new email when the order shipped. I haven’t received the email yet. I spoke with chase and they have flagged the website as suspicious due to fraud reports received. I had to replace 2 credit cards that were compromised after ordering from here. I haven’t ordered through the union supply for three years. Now I remember why.

So very unprofessional
One must definitely appreciate the outstanding communication skills that Union Supply Direct instills when training their associates. Oh. I'm sorry. My mistake, They Don't instill and my guess is, they don't care to do so. This place is an absolute joke ! so very unprofessional with "ZERO" Customer Service knowledge or pride what so ever ! I will never place another order through this place again.
