Union Supply Group, Inc.

I have been contacting this company for at least 3 weeks. Initially, I was just transferred from person to person following a simple request for a catalog until one day I was connected to a representative who was thoroughly helpful and informed that any of the reps that I had spoken to previously should have been able to complete my request. I had another request for additional info and wanted to dpeak to supervisors but was forwarded to various voicemails. After waiting over a week for a return call, I contacted the company again and spoke to several less than helpful and even rude employees titled receptionist and supervisor. Unfortunate encounterand totally unprofessional impression.

I never heard about Union Supply until somebody used my visa card to repeatedly order items at this company.

I issued 3 complains at [redacted] who reversed the charges related to my first complaint. I noticed that only 2 days after the charges were reversed, Union Supply accepted new purchases made with my visa card.

I opened a second complain at my bank and I am still waiting to have the charges reversed when I noticed today (2 days after 2nd complain was opened) that $179.94, $257.70, etc... were debited using the same visa card.
