I never heard about Union Supply until somebody used my visa card to repeatedly order items at this company I issued complains at [redacted] who reversed the charges related to my first complaintI noticed that only days after the charges were reversed, Union Supply accepted new purchases made with my visa card I opened a second complain at my bank and I am still waiting to have the charges reversed when I noticed today (days after 2nd complain was opened) that $179.94, $257.70, etcwere debited using the same visa card
I have been contacting this company for at least weeksInitially, I was just transferred from person to person following a simple request for a catalog until one day I was connected to a representative who was thoroughly helpful and informed that any of the reps that I had spoken to previously should have been able to complete my requestI had another request for additional info and wanted to dpeak to supervisors but was forwarded to various voicemailsAfter waiting over a week for a return call, I contacted the company again and spoke to several less than helpful and even rude employees titled receptionist and supervisorUnfortunate encounterand totally unprofessional impression
