Please be aware that Union Telecom DOUBLE BILLS you for the minutes used. They'll also add calls/minutes to your monthly bill from numbers that are disconnected or no longer in service. I've had it happen for months -many many months.
They will also add calls to unknown phone numbers (to countries that we do not call). They add them to your bill and they start adding up.
Contacted them a couple of times and they always claim that it is a billing problem, but it happens every month. Either their billing is inept at what they do or they flat out try to rob you every month.
Review: Union Telecom consistently added 25%-30% duration time to all my international calls during the last billing cycle. I cross-referenced the duration of the calls with my cell phone's call details to confirm. I do not have access to previous cell phone records to verify previous billing cycles. They verified the error in billing and said it was a computer calculation issue, but I am believe this could be a billing practice Union Telecom consistently use to cheat customers of their money.Desired Settlement: I requested my current bill to be adjusted (which they did) and for them to go back to all my previous bills and review them so any extra charges can be credited back (this they didn't do).
I also requested:
- The refund of $35 setup fee they charged me to initiate the service.
- Immediate cancellation of m account
- Removal of my credit card information from their systems

Review: When Signed up for the long distance service they collected $39.50 as Security money with understanding that they are going to refund once services are cancelled. Cancelled service in Sept. 2013 and with numerous calls to customer service they didnot refund my security money.Desired Settlement: I shoould get my security money back. The company is working on wrong buisnesss ethics
