Cory the owner himself came by this morning on a day's notice to give our roof a tune-up. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, honest and was on time. Gave me some further hints on what I should be looking out for and pointed out some things I already knew. Has been doing this for approx. 20 years and obviously on the ball. A definite recommend.

Unionized Contracting fixed my roof after a wind storm in GTA that caused a leak.
They are very professional and fast. They clearly explained their work specification and pricing prior to beginning their task. And they even changed my light bulb above my garage for me. Shane was very efficient in putting new shingles (tabs) on the various spots that need fixing on my roof. While Cory was very friendly in providing an invoice and even giving me a discount on their second visit. Thank you Unionized Contracting!
