[redacted] made payments on 11/4/13 for $100.00,12/18/13 for $100.00,1/6/14 for $100.00, 2/3/14 for $100.00, 3/18/14 for $100.00, 3/31/14 for $100.00, 4/21/14 for $100.00, 5/12/14 for $100-00, 6/25/14 for $100.00, and 7/24/14 for $100.00. In August, 2014, our statement processing changed to an outside vendor and [redacted] didn't receive a statement for August. [redacted] began sending him statements in September, 2014 which he made payments on 9/16/14 for 100.00, 9/22/14 for $100 00, 10/21/14 for $100.00, 11/17/14 for $100.00, 1/13/15 for $100.00, and 1/22/15 for $200.00. His current balance is $223.94 at this time. [redacted] transferred his account to [redacted] due to no payment in December, 2014 which is their Collection Company.I have spoken to [redacted] and the account is no longer in the Collection Agency. As long as [redacted] continues making a monthly payment, he will not be credit reported. Review: I had a MRI at Uniontown hospital 10/2013, Last May Uniontown hospital stopped sending me a monthly bill I still owed the hospital over 1,000.00. Since I did not get a bill I did not send a monthly payment so They turned me over to a collection agency . I appealed to them after calling several times to let me send 100.00 each month even without sending a me a monthly bill they agreed. On Dec 16,2014 I write my monthly check and mail it to the billing agency on 12/19/14, then on 1/16/15 I get a letter they turned me over to a collection agency again. I check my bank statement and they cashed my check on 1/13/15 Why they held my check I can not understand. I have tried calling them several times and get no answer maybe you can.Thank You [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want an apology and I want them to call me !
