Review: On June 26 at 8:20 a.m., I dropped a shirt off to be laundered at Uniprice Cleaners on E Brady Street. I was told both by the customer service representative and by the slip I was given in return (which I have a photo of) that my product would be back by 5:00 p.m. that same day. Upon going to return my laundered shirt this morning, I was told they didn't even send it out last night and it won't be back until today at the earliest, despite the claims and the ticket that it would be. While I realize problems happen, this is the third time that this has happened to me in several months with the same cleaners. Each time I have asked for a refund of services and have been denied. I wanted to wait until a third strike to file a complaint. The previous two times I was there there were other customers as well who were experiencing the same problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for services and a written apology. I needed the shirt today for an important business meeting and am now considering going to buy a new shirt in the hour I have free.

Review: Uniprice Cleaners is a poor excuse for a professional business. I brought two very expensive 100% silk shirts to them to be dry cleaned. One shirt they put through the regular wash and it shrunk dramatically. The other silk shirt came back discolored and faded throughout the entire shirt. When I approached them they were very rude and dismissive. In a raised voice, they advised me that it was my fault. Even though I told them from the beginning that they were silk shirts, they claimed I did not advise them of such. On the shirt that was discolored, they claimed that my perspiration caused the discoloration on the front and back of the shirt. Their claims were ludicrous. I would of been more than happy to resolve the situation in a reasonable manner. More than happy to hear any remediation that they would offer. Uniprice cleaners refused responsibility, were extremely discourteous, and would not even entertain offering any solutions. I will never, ever use utilize any of their services ever againDesired Settlement: Since they would offer no solution, I would like to be compensated in the amount of $200.00 for the destruction of the garments
