Although we have done nothing at our initial service to create the problem our customer is complaining about, we appreciate our customer and would like to come out for a 2nd visit and investigate this matterIf her problem is intact a direct result of what we did, we will correct the problem at no expense to the customerIf not, we will advise the customer that charges may apply.We have been trying to contact the customer by calling a couple of times, we have left a message and haven't heard back yet.At this point we are standing by, awaiting the customer to contact us and schedule a day and time for the 2nd visitBest Regards, Mary G [redacted]

Just had this company over to clean my ventsFrom the 1st call to the office, booking the appointment I was very impressed from the polite lady the took my info to the actual cleaningDan and his crew were so nice and did a great job for meI was very happy to take their advice on how should I take care of my AC going forward and to make sure to replace the filters on timeDan did a very thorough job on my vents and also cleaned my dryerI had no idea my dryer vent was so full with crapNever had it done since I moved in years agoThese guys not only cleaned good but also cleaned up behind themselvesI'm very happy with the experience overallWill call them again and recommend to all

This company delivers great work! My friend told me about the wonderful service she received from them when they came to her home so I contacted them for an appointment as wellThe customer service representative was very patient and informativeAs a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions about the vents and air ducts and the process of cleaning themShe explained everything to me in great detailOur appointment was scheduled for the following weekDan and his assistant showed up on time and got right to workThey took their time and worked very efficiently (I watched them while they were working- it's super interesting!)They made sure to clean up and even gave me tips on keeping the ducts cleanI appreciate the honesty and good work ethics that I experienced with this companyI'm so happy my friend referred me to them and I will certainly use them again for my next cleaning

I called them after a neighbor had recommended them to me, Frank the technician was very friendly and explained all the steps while he was cleaning. they charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I will be calling them again next year for my dryer vent cleaning.

I would like to acknowledge the service I received yesterday by two of your technicians, the senior of whom was a gentleman named Franklin. I don't remember the other fellow's name. They came to service my washer vent and duct hose.
I was very impressed with their expertise, professionalism, and courtesy. They analyzed the problem, made a few suggestions, and in very short order serviced my vent system to my satisfaction.
These two gentlemen are a credit to your company and represent you well.

I never had my air duct cleaning done before, I found this company online and called to get some questions answered. The gentleman that answered the phone was exceptionally Pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to educate me about the cleaning process and to purchase the package that better fit my needs. I was schedule quickly for the following day and surprisingly enough the team called 30min before arriving and actually got to my home at the time they said they would. Dan and his helper were very careful with my apartment and personal belongings. They educated me about the entire process while they were cleaning and advise me how to maintain my vents in a clean shape going forward. I'm very happy with their overall customer service and the kind workers that showed up to do the job. I for sure will call them again to get my dryer vent cleaned next year. Great guys.

RE Complaint # [redacted] Dear [redacted], We were certainly surprised by these comments and contacted the customer personally as soon as these comments were received requesting a copy of the check made out to our technician. Unique Air in no way condones this type of scamming...

behavior.  We are looking to get to the root of this issue and would appreciate receiving proof of the check that was written by this customer to our technician.  For the protection of all our customer’s, we offer them the opportunity to contact our office directly anytime they feel the technician is not offering the proper service.  We are still investigating this internally, but we will be happy to refund the $100 as soon as we receive the copy of the check made out to our technician. The dryer vent cleaning for the service rendered does provide for the flexible hose portion to be cleaned.  There is an extra cost associated with the dryer vent cleaning when it goes beyond the first five feet of flexible hose.  This information was relayed to the customer at the time of the call referenced above. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused. Sincerely,  Mary G[redacted]UNIQUE Air Duct Cleaning
