Unique Aromas

I had been doing business with Unique Aromas as my dropshipper for a number of years Even though on their website and in their policy, they state that items will be shipped out within five business days, they were frequently sending orders out much later than that I was constantly calling them to ask when the order was going to be shipped out, and they always had some excuse I asked several times for them to let me know when items would not be shipped out according to their timeline so I could inform my customer that their order would be late, but they never would let me know The only way I would find out it was going to be shipped late is if I called them to check on an order So it was very frustrating to deal with them More recently there was an incident where I placed an order with them for a customer My customer said that she never received the order, so I called Unique Aromas and asked them for a status update on the order They said the order was shipped out but that they would sent out another order to my customer since they didn't receive it I suspected at that time that they might not have even sent the first order out, but since they said they would ship another order out immediately, I let it go Then two weeks after that I learned from my customer that they still hadn't received the order I called Unique Aromas again and they said they again sent out the order to them I told them the customer did not receive the order (again), and that I refunded my customer their money because the customer did not want to wait any longer for the order I asked Unique Aromas to refund my money in return for the items that weren't received and they refused to do so I have been calling them frequently to try to get my money back for this order, but have had no success I just wanted to write this review to warn anyone planning to do business with them to be careful because it will be a very frustrating relationship with them as they don't believe in good customer service

I asked Unique Aromas to refund my money in return for the items that weren't received and they refused to do so. I have been calling them frequently to try to get my money back for this order, but have had no success.

I just wanted to write this review to warn anyone planning to do business with them to be careful because it will be a very frustrating relationship with them as they don't believe in good customer service.
