Review: I Had [redacted] rewire my car and install a stereo system. He did very bad work, left old wires in vehicle left blown speakers in my car and told me that my amps were not working. Then I later found out it was not true, they did a sy wiring Job. So called [redacted] and ask what can he do to resolve the issue, he had the nerve to say that they did a excellent job, but I know for a fact he didn't and all the old wiring should have been removed. I don't recommend no one to do business with this guy [redacted] at Unique Auto Sounds ever, he's a real fast talker and slick at getting your money. I won't be surprise if he goes out of business in the near future.Desired Settlement: refund of monies

When [redacted] brought his car in to be worked on it was a complete mess.. He wanted to install USED stereo equipment into his infiniti g20..Someone had already tried to install the equipment and gave up..

Everything [redacted] brought in was either non-working or incorrect sizes.. It was clearly explained to [redacted] that everything he brought was wrong but he wanted us to go ahead and install it anyway.. The car was a complete mess and mostly every panel and dash piece was broken..

We had finished the job and [redacted]'s amp did not work.. out of good faith we rewired the car again and installed another amp that [redacted] supplied and that he said he would bring back the money back for later.

HE HAS YET TO COME PAY FOR THIS WORK... HE STILL HAS AN OPEN INVOICE FOR $163.63 THAT WAS NEVER PAID.. The problem here is thet [redacted] expects miracles to happen when he brings in old broken equipment..

Then while here another day he tries to solicite my employees to "do work on the side" for him so he does not have to spend money at my store.. Unique Auto sound stands behind their work for over 20years.. A car would NEVER leave our shop with old or used equipment from us.. The only scammer here is [redacted]...

This Guy [redacted] at Unique Auto is a fast talking scam artist. He sells outdated stereo equipment. When they did my car they told me that my amps didn't work which is a lie my radio and speakers where new. When I took my vehicle to Unique Auto they did a rush job they left all the old wires in there my front speaker wasn't hooked up, to the second Amp where the wires are still lose and hanging out free on the floor of my vehicle, it clearly has very little sound. [redacted]'s own employee said that it was a rush job and not his best work. When I left Unique Auto I had no music what so ever, the back speakers was crackling. If my amps and speakers didn't work why would they install it in my vehicle. The guy [redacted] did a very bad job on my stereo for where I still don't have music to this day. I had to disable the main wire from the battery because it had a funny smell and order from bad wiring. I'm now afraid that it might spark or cause a fire, where it all ready destroyed my Highs amp,... At this time I don't want to take my car back to UNIQUE AUTO or [redacted]. I just want my money back to get my stereo done right, without the headache. I was told by [redacted] and his co work that my xplod BASE amp didn't work, but when I switched it around to where my highs amp was WORKING at this present time, you could here it playing, but with very little sound cause of how the wiring, was put in. Now, cause of the faulty wiring. It caused my Highs Amp to complete stop working. Now he's claiming I owe him,... Which is not the case, being that he told me my Base Amp didn't work, I took his word in the beginning, but I was puzzled cause last time I checked BOTH MY AMPS worked perfectly fine, by this time before I decided to check the amp out, I all ready borrowed the money to purchase other equipment he claimed I needed. But during the time I waited for this equipment to arrive, something told me to switch amps around and it clearly came in. During this time, the agreement was when I come back with the new equipment he would charge me an editional $160.00 or $190.00 for the complete install. Which never happened. All together, he's trying charge close to $500.00 dollars for a shabby job and a system I still currently don't have, I even have pictures and video for proof of work. I HAD the same Amps, in this same vehicle the previous summer, where I took them out, before the winter. Solely so they didn't get damaged, by the winter weather. The system before had sounded exceptionally well and loud. Plus I'm the type of person that takes great care of my expensive items.

Ok, [redacted] must be talking about the wrong car... HIS STEREO WAS NOT WORKING WHEN IT WAS GIVEN TO US TO WORK ON..The car is basically falling apart. To shut his car off you HAVE TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY and then RECONNECT it in order for it to restart otherwise it wont..The dashboard was completly broken.. It had to be glued in order to use it...C'MON man.. [redacted] walks into my store at almost 5pm when he knows we close at 7 and insists that we install his old used equipment. This guy wants miracles to happen and to spend no money doing it.. The old wires are from the FACTORY AMPLIFIER which need to get bypassed in order to do the job CORRECTLY which ofcourse did not work in [redacted]s gem of a car... [redacted] is the fast talking scam artist here THAT STILL HAS NOT PAID FOR THE JOB THAT HE SAID HE WOULD... Unique Auto Sound has been in buisness over 20 years NEVER had a ridculous childish complaint like this..we do not work for free. If your car is broken beforehand we can try to fix it but cant promise miracles. [redacted]s equpiment was old and used. .Basically you cant polish a [redacted] and that is what [redacted] is trying to do with his g20.. If he would actually listen and would have brought it back to us the very next morning we could have easily looked into his problem and worked it out, but instead hes tryin to avoid us by filing a childish complaint because he STILL OWES MONEY.. The job itself was very simple IF THE EQUIPMENT YOU BRING IN WORKS and if the car you have ISNT FALLING APART..My installers have a minimum of 12years in this industry and would NEVER do shabby unprofessional wiring..We do this type of work each and every day with no complaints or issues EVER.. [redacted] even tried to solicite my employees to "do his work on the side" while here at my store... At this point I would love if [redacted] never comes back nor contacts Unique Auto Sound.. Id be happy for someone else to take this HEADACHE of a person away because thats all he is!!!!

[redacted] is a liar that assumes he knows what he is talking about the reason the piece is disconnect from the battery is because the battery will drain. I had a stereo system installed in my car before by a professional and the job was done right without no fast talking or scamming. The old wiring in my car is not the factory wiring is old wiring that was from the last system that was in there. Unique auto is a stereo place that does crappy work and won't own up to the thing wrong that they know they did. If my vehicle is falling about why would you do any work on the vehicle. The guy [redacted] is a liar and a scam artist and I don't owe this guy anymore money. In fact I brought my vehicle up to them a few days laters to show that the amp that they said didn't work really did work and it was there wiring and I was basically ignored . [redacted] has nothing to worry about I will never come to his shop again for anything. It sad that he owns a business and to be rude and liar about something that he know that was done wrong and not fix it but try and make it seem like the customer is trying to get over on them and it him. He says there work is good but I have seen complaint about Unique auto on a few complaint websites about similar problem and he does the same thing to them try to make it seem like the customer is trying to get over on him. Anybody that goes to that store see that they have all old stereos, speakers,rims everything is stuff that was discontinued. You been in business 20 years and have stuff from 20 years ago in the store that he try's to sell to you. Karma is a going to catch up to him for everything he has done to people. I done with this manipulation fast talking scam artist who lies and con people.
