Review: I purchased a car detailing from these people on 7/12/14 and when I purchased this detailing, I was apparently supposed to get a "card" that I would give to the attendant at the time of redemption. I went through the car wash that day and asked to go back and get my card bc I never received one. The man told me not to worry, that he was an owner, and that I could just bring in my receipt, it was proof I paid for it anyway. They told me I had nothing to worry about Well, I never received a card and when I brought my car in on the day and time it was scheduled for, they told me they couldn't do it. So they brought out a manager and the manager told me that even though I didn't have the card, that they would reschedule me and it would be ok if I brought in my receipt. That day came around, I brought in my receipt and the same thing happened. I was told they couldn't do it because I didn't have the "card." Another manager came out (a different manager) told me the other guy was not a manager and was not authorized to tell me that, but he could, he was a "real" manager. So again, we had to reschedule and this time the manager even signed off on the books saying that he approved my detail with just the receipt. Well, I just went to bring my car in for the detail and they are telling me again no, they can not do it because I don't have the card and whoever signed off on it had no authority to. So naturally being upset, I asked for my money back and now they won't refund my money. I paid 79.99 and I want my money back. I've been given nothing but the run around and I am tired of being taken advantage of. It's not fair that a mistake was made on their end and I am the one who is suffering from it. I had enough and these people need to be stopped. Take accountability for your service and actions.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, NOW. They've scammed me for over 2 months making me believe things were going to be taken care of and it never happened. I have the original receipt for 79.99 and I want that back in full.
