[redacted] ***In response to complaint with ID [redacted] :Mr [redacted] is from out of stateHe sent a person out to pre-inspect this vehicleThis person took a good half hour to frortyfive minutes to look over this vehicleWe then took her for a ride while she listen to the truckWe negotiated a price with Mr [redacted] at that point.We were representing this truck for a customer our oursWe had been doing the service on this truck since he bought it from us over ten years agoAlso, this truck had just come back from Florida months priorto its saleThere were no leaks on this truckThe owner of it would not let that happen.Mr [redacted] , came up to purchase the truck, he looked it over and drove it prior to completing the transactionHe also signed an statementUpon his return to his home state, he then emailed and called stating it had some issues, and when he had it check out, came up with the issues he is stating.Since we assisted our customer in selling the vehicle, we went back to the previous owner who also stated that none of these issues were present.We feel that Mr [redacted] got a nice truck at a good priceThe miles were low for this year and the body was in great shapePaul M [redacted] Unique Autos, Inc[redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There is no way that these issues would just arise after a drive to home The detail about the truck being driven to Florida and back was not mentioned when I had the person inspect the car Rear ends and transfer cases do not just start leaking and go bad Allso the front differential was leaking That does not start And both being half empty in 1,miles is very unlikely.I am willing to settle for the $1,even though the repairs cost $2,500.Regards, [redacted]
