Ms***, Ms*** did come and file her taxes with Florida Tax Service, however the rest of her statements are not accurate. She would not have contacted the *** for an extension, as we filed her taxes and her return was accepted on 3/24/2016. She has never contacted us or let
us know she needed help in anyway. By her stating the *** said her taxes were done incorrectly does not tell us anything, for all we know it could be the fact that she did not bring us all of her documents! We will be happy to look at her documents and help her make any changes free of charge. We can be reached by calling our office all year round, so we are here to help make any corrections necessary. We have performed our duty and filed her return, if there's anything she needed she needs to contact us directly. Thank You, *** ***
