I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I ordered and paid for general tso chicken It is not my fault they delivered the wrong item I called several times in order to give them the chance to fix it I would not have ordered pork as it is not something I ever order out as I am Jewish and do not eat it.

Dear Revdex.com,I’m the owner of Unique China my name is Yan L** the complaint ID *** ordered on Thursday 8-18-around 2:00pmThe order was sweet and sour pork a lunch of hot and tangy beef and an order of beef on sticks I repeated the whole order back to the
customer they didn’t tell me the order was wrongThe next morning on Friday 8-19-the customer kept calling my restaurant excessively saying that I gave them sweet and sour pork when they said gentso chickenI asked the customer why you didn’t call my restaurant back once you got your order the customer stated to me that they didn’t check they’re order until around midnight that dayI told the customer that it is not my fault they didn’t check there order as soon as they got it and should of called me the same dayThe customer demanded a refund for their orderI then told the customer I’m sorry I couldn’t refund them their money because they didn’t call my restaurant back the same business day they orderedThe customer kept excessively calling my restaurant on Friday morning 8-19-it got really bad with non stop calling that I had to get my local police involvedMy local police made an incident report of this matterThe police told the customer to stop calling my restaurant if they did not stop calling my restaurant the customer would be finedWe have had one incident in the past with the same person that made this claim, We gave them 50% off last time on their order when they called back to complain of the matterI felt I don’t owe the customer a refund because they didn’t check their order when they received it the same dayIf the customer would have called back on the same business day they ordered I would have worked something out with them.Thank you Yan L**
