We had tried multiple times to reach this customer prior to this complaint and to no availThis customer never allowed us to finish the project. We were very aware there were still some items that needed final touch up. We had ordered the drawer heads and once they were in tried to
install along with final completion of this project and could never get a response from this customerSome of the items listed we were not aware of because this customer refused to respond to our calls and texts or communicate in any way except the negative words posted on Revdex.com and multiple other sitesAs always we are aware the job is not complete until the customer has received all we have been contracted to do and to their satisfactionUCC also offers a one year labor warranty on all work completed on their project so our customers know they can call us should they discover something after their job is completeWe strive to obtain complete customer satisfaction on any project we are hired to doWe have been remodeling in the Dallas Fort Worth area for over years and work very hard to maintain our good reputationAn accusation such has this we take very seriously This customer also has not made their final payment and additional change order charges since we cannot seem to communicate with them My husband left another very detailed message again Thursday 5/and still received no response as of 5/

I am rejecting this response because: I made it clear in my complaint that I did not want them back in our home. I can't afford to have them back in my home!! After all the damage they caused and trying to hide some of it, the shoddy work that they did, and dragging a 3-week job out for over two months, they still weren't finished. It was 1/weeks after incorrectly drilling my cabinet fronts before I even heard from him again!! After damaging the cabinets on Monday, I was told initially a few days to come back and replace, then it was pushed back to the following Wednesday, then I didn't even hear from him until the following Tuesday after that that he could come Thursday morning! I had no confidence that would even happen at that point. It was very clear at that point after all the days they would only show up and work a few hours, and then 1/weeks after damaging my cabinets without hearing from him that the priority of my job was at the very bottom of his list!! I have already paid other people to repair the shoddy work and damage. I want a refund of what I paid him and again, I definitely don't want theme back in my home.
