Brian Delp, owner, called Revdex.com and indicated he has already refunded this customer, and the check has been cashed

I have pages of communication between the owner of  Unique Custom Furniture when allof my problems were trying to be resolved.  This is the first few conversations when all the problems were noticed and we tried to get resolved. I don't know if Revdex.com wants all the conversations now, but...

I have them ifthe owner of UniqueCustomFurniture also known as 2nd Century Furniture,  does not help us. I posted my final contactfirst, but never did get a return letter.   Please let me know, if I need to send all conversations from Etsy. It is difficulthow their system is set up, but I did send the beginning of our conversations. Thank You,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to specify that...

it was a partial refund (less than 25% of total money paid for items).  I would also like to note that check was received after complaint was filed with Revdex.com and after months of waiting/asking.
