After ordering a 20' X 20' X 10' carport, I was told to call for scheduling when the site was prepared. On Wednesday, I said it would be prepared on Thursday. They said, "call Friday"). They didn't tell they close at noon on Friday. Called Monday. Was told it would be 2-4 weeks and they would call with install date. Day 3 of week four, had to call them only to be told it would be another 2 weeks. Install was scheduled for a Saturday. They called Friday morning wanting to install Friday afternoon. OK. They came and began work. Work went quickly and all looked good. Except for two OSHA violations by the installation crew. When confronted, they didn't want to stop. I was told if I stopped the job for any reason, there would be an additional charge. They finished the job.
When inspected by the county, it failed. I called and was told they would have to schedule someone to come "fix" the problem. It has been an additional 3 weeks of back and forth with another promise to get someone out next week. The whole process has been being put off, lied to and ignored. Meanwhile, the carport is yellow tagged and technically, I can't use it.

I was told that there would be a 4 to 6 week delivery of my 'detached' garage. Three months later, they were to finally deliver. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My worst experience in my 72 years! Without question, the worst company I've ever dealt with. How they stay in business is a shock to me. Buyer beware!

Ordered a Horse Barn structure through a dealer selling for Unique Custom Steel Buildings on 04/03/20. On 04/07/20 I informed a representative of this company that the installation site was prepared and installation scheduled. It is now 06/16/20 and the company refuses to provide a firm installation date. Spoke with a supervisor named Brenda and was unable to secure a fire date for installation and given numerous excuses. After more than 3 months of wasted time I now have to cancel the order and begin the process again with a reputable company. I would not recommend this company to anyone and intend to file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com forthwith.

I had ordered a metal carport through *** about 2 to 3 weeks ago. A salesperson named *** placed the order. She sent the order to a contractor , unquie custom metal building name Dee Dee, the manager. The contractor stated they will be at my home to install Friday , december 20 2019 and the installer will call me 1 hour before arrival sometimes after lunch(I have voice recorder to prove that). They never showed. After making many calls to the contractor no one answered until late evening that Dee Dee called and told me there was a delay due to rain. In my county there was no rain. I argued I will call a lawyer and will charge them $100 per day for every delay. She offer me $100 off the cost that I accepted and stated the installer will be at your home first thing Saturday morning, december 21 2019. Well Saturday afternoon came along and no calls. I called the contractor and complained and asked the manager to call back. She refused to call back. So the installer called me. He said he was sorry and on his way and there was a delay that they did not have the trailer ready for him to deliver. He later texted me photo hes stuck in traffic with another delay.. I had called and both the installer and the contractor.numerous of time with anger amd they not answered nor called back. I told them I will hire a lawyer to sue them for breach of trust. I called my county police to contact them and the officer said noone answered his calls. I got email from the salesperson. I told her I was lied to and etc. She said I made threats to them which me telling them I be calling police and sue them is not a threat. I told her I want 50% off and installed right away no matter if it's raining or not. The salesperson emailed me offering me she can send me to another carport. No, I want 50% off and installed right away. If that can't happen than I want full refund including the tax plua 20% of the cost. They are not good business.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Ibwant thia company to give me 50% off the value and install the carport immedialty no matter what qithout delays and excuses. If not able to do so then ibwant full refunds including tax plus 20% of the cost. They had lied to me on the schedule date set twice. The manager and the installer had lies. Not a good business not to keep tue schedules and their words

Mr. purchased a carport thru one of our dealers ( ***) when it was sent over to us we called Mr. to welcome him and told him that we would call him a couple of days before installation. We called Mr. on 12-19-19 to verify that he was ready and that we would be there on 12-21-19 after lunch but we could not give him a certain time because the installers had other buildings besides his and with us being all the way in Georgia a number of things could happen. I myself (DeeDee) called Mr. on 12-21-19 to let him know that the guys were running a little behind because they caught in traffic because of a wreck (pictures were sent to customer) I explained to him that the installers were still going to show up and that is when he started cussing and disrespecting me and called my installers and started cussing and disrespecting them also. I told my installers to still go to the customers house that I was going to try to calm him down cause we were still going and it is 12-21-19 after lunch. when my installers showed up he starting cussing at them and threatened to call the cops on them, so I told my installers to leave and I REFUNDED Mr. his money back. Mr. signed our contract and in our contract is says that we can deny any service to customers who are rude or disrespectful to installers at time of installation. DEE DEE has not be honest at all. first and formost, I never curse anyone. secondly the installer never showed up my home because all 4 security cameras showed no signed of anyone at my home. also I was still at work waiting for installer to call me upon arrival so I can leave work to meet them. there are cameras at my work to show I never left work. also I have a voice mail from her stating the installer will show up after lunch on 12/20/2019. then DEE DEE called me on that same day stating she was sorry and there was a delay that it was raining in her county but it was not raining in my county. she agreed to take $100 off the purchase and the installer will arrive 12/21/2019 in the morning. the installer called me on 12/21/2019 at 9:08 am stated that there is a delay because another employer did not have the trailer ready with my carport loaded the night before. then he texted me same day at 11:35 am sent me a photo of him stuck in traffic. then he called me same day at 1:55pm he staing he was getting gas for generator. its always something for the installer not to show up. I called a few more times after that until 6 pm and no answered. my dad was at home and stated noone ever came to the door. I have copies of security camera that reocrds 24/7. I have copy on my time sheet to show what time I left work that DEE DEE accused my of cussing them out and they were at my home. so I do not accept her response. its not truthful. the only thing was truthful was she did refund me immedialty but also overcharged me and never refunded me at the time I spoke to her about it. if Revdex.com needs proof of the voice mail from her office on the time they were supposed to arrived, my time sheet(and can provide video from my work) and copy on my security cameras to show no signs of installer showed up at my address. 2 cameras face to the road and my drive way and 2 cameras shows the back yard.

The consumer has been refunded back to his credit card on Dec. 21, 2019 for $1551.00. This amount included the credit cards fees.

I am still not happy of the result even though they refunded me immediately and they decline my offer. I like them to compensate me for the hardship they put me through and breach of trust. They been dishonest about the schedule, the communication we had without any cursing. Breach of trust can be awarded up to $10,000. Thanks.
