on 10-16-Mr*** dropped off his vehicle for window tinti proceeded to tint Mr.***'s vehicle as he requestedupon pick up I explained he would see water bubbles that would cure overtime with sunlight and that he must not roll down any windows for 4-days as I do with every
customerthat day he left a happy customeron 10-23-mr ** *** contacted us to advise he was not happy with my work and we scheduled an appointment to redo the tint on his vehicleon 11-1-mr ** *** dropped off his vehicle again and I proceeded to fix the windows in question, free of chargeWhen he came back to pick up his vehicle I was assisting other customershe became impatient and vulgar in front of the other customers, which is not how I conduct businessi handed him his keys and explained to him it was the same procedure as the first timeif mr** *** is unsatisfied with my work I am happy to schedule another appointment for him to bring in his vehicle so I can remove the tint off all windows and issue him a full refundWe have explained this to him during one of our conversations, but Mr** *** did not want to schedule an appointment to have the tint removedthank you for your time, *** ***
