I would inform you that Unique Cuts Hair Salon has been serving the customers in the area with good...

reputation. We have served regularly the police officers, fire fighters, the US armies, nurses and the people around the area for more than 10 years, we have never encountered any problems with any customer. We do all our best to satisfy everybody, this is the reason why we can stand firmly on our job.Regarding the matter of [redacted], I had the intention to solve the problem on spot, however the other side used cursing words to me as a woman that I could not bear, I was very and very upset, I could not continue the conversation. Now I appreciate very much for Revdex.com as a middle man to conciliate and finish the problem, as I need time to concentrate on my daily job. I accept to pay $ 50 back. Both sides agree to settle this way.

[redacted] Just as the owner/manager acted dishonestly in this business transaction, so too has she made false accusations  of my directing vulgarities against her.  I will  NOT be defamed for the fact this person is trying to place blame elsewhere while deflecting attention away from her poor business practice.  There was no reason for this false accusation against me.  I stood directly next to her while she told me she wrote the gift certificate and there was nothing she could do as she continued to repeat, "sorry", "sorry".   I am a professional and do not make a practice of using profanity in my work or personal life.   Upon leaving the shop  I walked out to my car parked right at the  front door while I received a phone call.  The owner/manager made no effort to call me back to amend the situation.   There were one or two other operators in the shop as I witnessed.  I am sure if I had cursed at her, some movement would have ensued on their part.Most certainly she is mistaken as to who cursed at her for there are many different types of clients, besides the ones she mentions, who use the shop's services, which is located next to a bar.I do agree to the $50.00 refund by cashier's check or money order.  Thank you for your promptly bringing resolution to this unnecessary inconvenience.
