On 6-17-16 the customer called, was told the service would start at $95 and go up from there. On 6-18-16 the customer arrived 20 minutes after her 10:00 a.m appointment. She wanted a two color process consisting of "High Lights" and "Low Lights". This color consultation took 45 minutes. It...

was explained to the customer that this would be a "color correction" due to previous box color she applied at home and previous bleaching done to her hair. The customer signed the chemical service release form. We did a strand test to ensure her hair would likely not be damaged. This test took 45 minutes. Another 1.5 hours to apply the color and 1 hour to process. During processing, the customer moved around and scratched her head with a comb. The customer was warned not to scratch the head because the foils would move and cause spots on her head. After processing, I blow dried the right side of her head for her to see the results. She requested her entire head to be blow dried. She then requested a toner to be applied to her hair. I explained this would take more time. She was fine with it. A toner was applied and hair dried and styled a second time. She said she loved it and looked happy and satisfied walking up to the counter at 3:45 p.m. At 5:44 p.m. we received a text message that read: "You honestly think this is a professional job? Wow, for $100! For 5.5 hours! I'm totally disgusted! I expect an exchange or something or I'm posting all over social media!" We called her back at 7 p.m. and said we'd be happy to fix any problem with the hair. The Customer and her friend were on the phone and said they weren't interested in getting the hair fixed. They just wanted the money refunded or they would slander the stylist and salon all over social media. They said, "we will go to Revdex.com and we will have our money back." On 6-20-16 the customer's brother called trying to resolve the issue by fixing the hair. We said, "yes no problem. We'd be happy to do that for her." Ten minutes later, we discovered she had slandered the stylist's and salon's name all over social media. The shop owner then decided it wasn't in the best interest to do any further business with the customer.
