Quin is a true mensch. Perhaps one day you will have the honor to be called this. He is very honest and upfront about the costs of the repairs. He takes the time to explain to you everything you wish to know about the repairs. Not to mention he and the other employees who do the repairs do a damn fine job. My car came back to me looking better then it did when I first purchased it a few months ago brand new from the dealer. He even took the time to do two other very minor fixes to my car for free. Had a small door dent on brand new GMC truck and didn't wish to "deal" with dealership. The dent was about quarter sized and on a slightly concave surface just above the body side molding and oddly shaped. I was not optimistic but called Quin and asked if he could take a look at it. Quin said to come by at 2PM the following day. Upon arrival Quin looked at the dent, told me he was quite sure that he could fix it so that it looked like new - about 35 minutes later he showed me the repair and "voila!" the dent and any traces there had ever been one were totally gone. Even after reading these reviews I was surprised - the price was very reasonable and my new truck was new again! It really doesn't get any better than that. It was a pleasure to do business with a man of such integrity and professionalism. Every dent is different so some of them may not be restorable to 100% but I have no doubt that Quin's skill, work ethic and customer service is truly exceptional. Quin is absolutely amazing. He has integrity, talent and finesse. He has perfected the art of dent removal for over 23 years and he is the BEST I've seen. I first came across his business when I was looking to get a dent in my stainless steel subzero refrigerator door removed. I was panicking that it was impossible and that if an attempt was made, the end result would never please my picky husband. Quin came to my house and worked his magic. Other companies were telling me I needed to bring the fridge door to THEM. Then yesterday I brought our truck in for 2 small dents to be removed. Quin spent 30 minutes with my truck and they disappeared. You would think that someone this good would cost a small fortune but that's where you're wrong. Quin is extremely honest and reasonable. You can tell he cares more about your satisfaction than making a buck. I would encourage everyone to spread the word about this business - especially with all the fender benders there are in PHX. Very happy with the outcome. He was on-time, reasonably priced, and timely service. You can't even tell there ever use to be a ding on the car where he popped out the small dent. Would definitely use his service again.

Quin A[redacted] has the most desirable quality in a professional - honesty! I put a dent in my Sebring on the LR fender between the tail light and the gas cap. The body shop estimated between $1000-1500 for the replacement of the quarter panel. Quin came to my house. He said the repair was too extensive to do on site and could I bring it to his shop. Once there, Quin explained the proper way to do the repair would be to replace the quarter panel but he would try to knock out the dent and at least make it look better. Well!! When the job was finished, two hours later, I could barely tell any damage had been there. The cost? $225.
