Review: I saw a ADD on [redacted] New York site and apply for the position, construction painting position. I got a phone call from Unique Employment Agency two days after I applied. I was given a date to come in for an interview 04/**/2014. I ask the young lady that called me on that day if there will be a fee for the job placement, I was told no, just come in and we will find you a job and we will take it from there. I was told to be there for 12 noon. I got there waited for over an hour to see some one. Finally I was seen by a young lady clamming she's [redacted] of the company, I was told by the young lady there will be a small fee of $100.00 for a background check and a drug test, if the results is good I will have a job in a couple of days. Well I'm still waiting on that job. When ever I called the company they are hiding from me. Never went on one Interview up to this time. Had one phone call from a guy who say he's a Contractor, he told me he will call me to meet with him and never did. I then called him he told me he's in a meeting and will call me at the end of the business day. Again he never did. Now whenever I call the Agency they are not answering and returning my calls. All I need is my refund. I'm not working and the are taking advantage of me. Please help. [redacted]. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I will like to have a refund please.
