My wife and I approached Unique Enterprises because we just purchased our first home and wanted to do some rehab work to make it our own We chose Unique Enterprises because we were going through the NACA program and could not find an approved contractor in the [redacted] area We searched the Revdex.com website and came across several contractors Unique Enterprises were the only vendor to return our call Even though they had not heard of the NACA program, they very willing to work with us They took the time to learn about the NACA program and work with us to take care of our rehab needs Mindy at Unique Enterprises worked directly with us to review our requests and to assist with helping us make wise choices for our list of work to be done The result was more than what we expected Our new house is now a home for us Some of the work we had done was an installation of a new deck with a paver patio below, replace sliding glass door with French doors and have recessed lighting installed in the basement One thing I liked was their attention to detail They consulted us every step of the way and even discussed various options during the process which saved us money We found the experience pleasant, especially since we were new to the entire process We would recommend Unique Enterprises to people who need remodeling, deck work, or just handyman work

The truck the customer purchased did only come with one key. At the time of purchase the "my key" feature, which can limit the use of the vehicle for younger drivers, was not activated. We used that truck to haul cars around New Mexico and even took it to Texas once while pulling a trailer. The...

issue about the key was not even brought up until a month after purchase. Some how the "my key" feature was activated and could not be deactivated without a second key. All of our customers sign a "We Owe" at the time of purchase. Anything promised to the customer goes on that sheet and is signed by the customer and an agent from our dealership. The "we owe" for this purchase states that the vehicle is "sold as equipped and no other services or items are promised or implied". It was signed by the customer. Over 40 days later we receive a complaint about the key. We were not legally or morally obligated to purchase a new key for the customer, but did so anyway out of good will. The customer also scheduled a meeting with me to discuss these matters, but did not show up or call to cancel or reschedule.
