I ordered curtains online from this company but they are not the same color The company does not return my calls or emails to arrange returns on June 12, I ordered curtains online from Empire Home Fashions The order number is [redacted] and it was shipped via USPSI paid $plus $shipping for a total of $using PayPalThe order was for four curtain panels and a curtain scarf in taupe and the same in the color sage green They were to be hung together, i.edouble curtains on each rod They were shipped on June and arrived on the 17th The sage green curtains are different colors so I can't use any of it I have tried almost daily to contact the company through two phone numbers (one on the order and other I found on the internet for Abdul Awad, Managing Member) but the phones are NVER answered and though I leave messages as instructed, no one calls back I have also attempted emailing several times with the email address provided on the order, but, the

Terrible products and customer service! I told them I wanted my money back because they advertise, they keep repeating themselves in every email saying "you bought spill proof they were never advertising as waterproof!" Spill proof IS WATERPROOF! How am I suppose to protect my furniture from stains when it leaks through? That as well is NOT spill proofThey even refuse to refund me my money back after I told them I'd send the product back because it's worthless! They are very rude, unprofessional and scam you out of money!

6/30/I placed an order online and after days started trying to reach the company to get an ETA I have been calling daily numerous times, leaving messages, emailing and I even went on Facebook and left a message They have deducted my account for the merchandise but NO one will return a phone call, email or instant message I feel this company may be a scam and it is obvious from reading previous peoples comments to this same effect I want my merchandise or credit to my account

The salesmen are very nice and helpfulI've had multiple good experiences with EmpireMy whole house is furnished by them! From the living room to master bedroom to the guest bedroom I have found perfect pieces to my home from Empire

I received confirmation and said order was shipped and gave me a tracking number It has never left the company On 1/19/I received another email saying item was shipped and gave me a new tracking number It still hasn't left the company
They will not answer my emails nor will they answer their phone
