Review: I purchased a 6pc queen bedroom set without mattress on 1/**/15. I have a bed already. It was delivered on 1/** /15. The 2 delivery men put it together my headboard was ruined drilled 3 holes in wood n leaned it against wall because there were no screws to attach it to my bed frame. Also no tool to put my mirror on dresser. So I immediately contact unique furniture I wad told do I wsnt a credit / I have to buy my own screws. I said no I want another headboard and why didnt you tell me it didnt comr with screws. I said im sending it back .he said they would redeliver 1/**/15 I called to confirm appt he said no delivery til MONDAY 1/**/15. ALSO MAKE SURE I HAVE SCREWS. IM SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE I REALLY WSNT A FULL REFUND AND THEY CAN HAVE THEIR FURNITURE BACK. PLEASE HELP. IM KINDA SCARED THEY RAN MY CREDIT TO FINANCE THE FURNITURE THEY HAVE MY PERSONAL INFO. MY TOTAL IS 620.00.MANAGEMENT ISNT PROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.Desired Settlement: REFUND N FURNITURE RETURN

Review: On March *, 2014 went to Unique Furniture & Carpet to purchase two Living room side table items #80736. Gave a deposit for the amount of $100.00 in a gift card and was informed by [redacted] that since these tables were newly made the delivery would take two weeks because they were coming from China. The two weeks past called [redacted] to find out the status of the tables and he informed me that it would take another month because the delivered was from China in boat. Since I was really interested in the two end tables I decided to wait. I decided to go back this time [redacted] was not there and I spoke to [redacted] who informed me to don't worry he was going to get me the end tables to call him back the following Monday to which I did. Again I was inform to give him some time that I was not the only person interested in the same tables, he had another customer interest in the same tables so I decided to give him two weeks and waited for him to call me. [redacted] never returned my calls, I decided to stop by the furniture store to get my money back and that's when [redacted] told me to take a dirty dusty artificial plant that was on display I found him to be very offensive. All I want is my money back to go somewhere else and buy my end tables.Desired Settlement: Refund back
