To whom it may concern, In response to the complaints issued, I do not feel a fair judgment of a wait time could be made by anyone if they only came to one appointmentI do not feel it to be appropriate to speak about anyones associates, family or spouses if they themselves have not formed a
complaint and contrary may have continued with the program for some timeAs for the cancelation policy, I had a conversation with the complainant in which I did state I would honor her request for a refund of $at the end of the monthI did reseive an unnecessary text message with a reminder about sending a check within the weekI responded, as per our conversation it will be issued at the end of the monthIn our innovation to all prospective clients it is stated the the informational seminar will be ABOUT an hour and a halfAt the end of a seminar people are free to ask the presenter any questions they feel they need answeredTheir are times in groups of to people that does take some a dditional time and anyone who stays for that part is directly asking questions and having them answered
