*** came storming into our office threatening to fie a complaint before we even could open our mouthShe bought this car over months ago and haven't heard from here sine we took care of a few things right after purchaseHer grandfather worked for us for many yrs so we have gone out of our
way to accommodate her just like we would any customerWe have been here yrs and work hard to service our customers*** demanded a replacement car at no costShe wasn't interested in being reasonable ,just seem bent on being angryIts seems a little dramatic that she would have to move ,change jobs, etc for a few cars maintenance itemsOur warranty period is 1,miles or days, whichever comes firstShe is clearly way out of warrantyWe were unable to resolve her unreasonable complaintsOwning a car requires routine maintenance and that is what we believe she is dealing with
