Review: I tried to purchase a sliding patio screen door and the product was defective three times. I ran out of places to shop for a non-defective product.Desired Settlement: The product I purchased was of inadequate quality. There were manufacturing defects in ever try. I am tired of running to the store for a new product.

I have 3 of these doors on my house, these 3 doors are great. I just purchased one for my daughters house and found out that the manufacturing of them has gone down they come in pieces just like the doors that cost $100. They also come with out the hardware mine had, and the installer is a rip off, they want to charge piece work for what was included in my doors price. the screen which is one piece already, it slides into a pocket with twist latches, installer wants $50 dollars to do this.
