My wife and I found Unique Home Solutions because of a problem with our gutters and covers installation The gutters were clogged and water was spilling over the sides A company that was subcontracted to put a new roof on our house had removed the gutter system and reinstalled it incorrectly While trying to contact the installing company, we found they were no longer the area representative for the manufacturer This was a surprise because they told us that they made the gutters and covers on site The manufacturer kindly referred us to Unique Home Solutions Unfortunately, we also found out our warrantee was voided because of the unauthorized removal of the gutter system
Our first call to Unique Home Solutions was very pleasant and fruitful An appointment was made and the information from the manufacturer was confirmedThe person who came to inspect our gutters was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful We were given a very reasonable estimate for repairing the faults with our gutter systemWe accepted the proposal and appointment was made
The service technician arrived at the scheduled time and the work was done We were informed that the original installation, based on the downspouts and other aspects, was done incorrectly Far more work was required than had been proposed We were NOT charged for the additional work
Subsequently, on the recommendation of the service technician, we followed up with the assistance of the Unique Home Solutions office staff, and our warrantee has been fully restored by the manufacturer
All-in-all, a very satisfactory solution to our unique home problem!
