acquaintance of the owner of Potter Plumbing IncJ*** ***In addition PPI assumes responsibility for the miscommunication on our part.Mr B*** contacted J*** on behalf of M*** and inquired as to the cost of new water heaters and J*** verbally quoted $to $for the type of heater requested Mr B*** told J*** that the client wanted the less expensive model.Mr B*** did not realize that J*** was quoting just the cost of the water heaters and not the labor to install.This did not become clear until the invoice was posted.After reviewing the chain of events we are happy to correct our mistake and regret any stress this may have caused our client.One last thing I would like to address would be the statement that PPI are scammers and have done this sort of thing in the past. I spoke to M*** and she stated she just heard that on the street? I would like a retraction on that statement.As you mentioned in our phone conversation PPI has never had a claim in + years, this is the very first.
