I received your complaint from the Revdex.com this morning with regards to the last order you picked up.

Review: Unique Image T-shirts is habitually known for messing up your t-shirt order and then trying to charge you full price to fix the mistake. I have dealt with this company twice and I have spoken to other customers who have experienced the same issue. Recently I ordered two tshirts. One short sleeve and one long sleeve. I spoke to the store manager via email and I requested that the short sleeve t-shirt be a triblend red color and the long sleeve be a red solid color. When I picked up the t-shirt today both t-shirts were a red solid color and she claimed that I approved the design when I specifically said in the email I wanted triblend for the short sleeve. Instead of correcting the mistake by keeping the short sleeve and swapping it out for another t-shirt in the triblend she tried to charge me to make the correction. Mind you she did try to offer me a discount but I still would have ended paying for 3 t-shirts when I only wanted two. The same thing happened on a previous order where there was a misspelling and they charged me full price for them to make the correction.Desired Settlement: I would like Unique Image T-shirts process and practices to be reviewed and I would like this incident to be recorded under the Revdex.com so that this is known by other people. I also would like them to give me the requested t-shirt at no charge since it was their fault the wrong t-shirt was made.
