her that she was applying way to much ointment and gave her advice on healing it correctly. she then contacted me, [redacted], owner and operator, complaining about how it wasnt healing correctly. as you can see from the photos she submitted she wasnt taking care of it correctly and it takes a duration of atleast 2 weeks for any piece to heal completely. I informed her that our artist that applied the piece would touch it up for her at no cost and if that didnt satisfy her that I would do it for her instead. it is not our policy to return moneys of any sort. as is the policy at many establishments. as for her interactions with my employees I have it all on tape and you can see clearly that she is being irrational. yes her artist did walk away from her as to not be rude. I also have all the messages between her and I. where you will be able to read that I clearly was not rude and offered her as many solutions as I thought were reasonable for someone who neglected there aftercare.
