I have seen my two dearest neighbors on my block have the worst experience with Unique Iron Works. Both of my neighbors paid a lot of money to have iron railing installed and both now have pools of rust collecting around every iron post. It has ruined the appearance of their granite steps and slabs, not to mention their homes. I have spoken with both neighbors and they said Unique started the work nearly 2 years ago and never completed the work. They have called numerous times asking them to come back and remove the rust and treat the iron so that it wouldn't bleed anymore but Unique just gives them the run around, never actually taking responsibility for the lousy job they did. I have suggested filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com but they don't want trouble. That should say it all. Stay away! Do not give them your hard earned money unless you want headaches and regret.
Review: I ordered 2 wrought gates back in May and was told 3 weeks. Did not get my gates installed till ( aprox) July **. The gates were installed and I was told not to touch them till cement dries. The next day after taking a close look and trying them I noticed that they are not lined up correctly! They do not close and rub together...they are so way off aligned. I also noticed that they hand painted with a brush with drip marks on gate.Gate was supposed to be sprayed. Not only are there brush marks there is also rust all over gate!! Now the final straw is I told guy 6ft (72) over a dozen times. I noticed that the gate seems a bit short, and after measurin its 5ft 20". I have lots of photos however your website is not letting me attach them.Desired Settlement: I would like this settled as soon as possible.
