I had the Unique lawn and landscape to mow my property for only two and half month from July to September, 2015. There were many problem regarding the service quality and hardness to deal with owner..

First, they did not trim or blew off landscape/beds well, left many spots unfinshed. He admitted he had employees he had problem with.

Second, bill the service they did not do. They billed me for removal of my two tree stumps in the back yard which they did not even do, plus without my permission. I had they to give me a quote earlier, but did not ask them to do it. The service was done by another lanscaper, I was actually saw him cutting down the tree stumps after I got home from work. But Unique lawn owner Chris took the credit for the service they did not do. I have the lanscaper to be my witness if needed.

Third, again without my permission, they trim my trees and shrubs on hot summer days, August 24, 2015 as fall cleaning, and also charge extra for some services which the other lawn mow company will routinely do without extra fee, like pull weeds from the flower bed , blew off gardscape, or blew out beds.

Fourth, The owner Chris told me the lawn fertilize service will be $45 per application and end up with $88.76 without informimg me the price change.

He finally issued some credit that I am still not satified for the service they did not do after streesful concersations. Pay attention to the services, they did and will do the same to other customers. Overall, not a trust worth owner and company. The service charge is lot high than other companies. Bottom line, do not use them.
