Unique limousine Pittsburgh

Hi sorry for having to go through this trouble Let me start by saying each and every vehicle that leaves our garage is cleaned throughly before each rental, I do understand that in a small space when there is or more people and the weather is over 90' it can get hot but there is nothing we can do with thatOur vehicles are serviced regularly and the Ac sysmetems are up to par, it is the same system that is in every other hummer limo also ever made As far as payment payment was received at pickup and a tip was not included so I'm not sure where that came from She had threaten me with leaving bad reviews which her and her friends did all because she wanted a free limousine As far as the driver not knowing where to go would be totally due to the rental house they are instructed to give an itinerary to the driver this was not his first rental nor his last he is always dressed with a white dress button-down shirt and dress slacks on so these accusations are absurd I don't know anything about a flower basket I've never heard that before even when I spoke with her nor was the basket ever found in the limousine because each limousine gets cleaned also after each rental so I'm very confused by a lot of this but as unfortunately in the world we live in today people always want everything for free
