To all the naysayers out there who think this dealership is some scam place or that they are not customer service oriented as I have read in other reviews. I'm in business myself and I'm here to tell you; you can't make everyone happy believe me but Alex, Diana and everyone else I met there are good honest, family oriented people .They only want to serve there community, great cars and great service they know what they are doing and I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone taking the time to read reviews and do their homework to give them the chance to earn your business and remember that in any line of work involving the public there is no such thing as 100% customer satisfaction, as there are many people you just can please.
We Just bought our Third car from this dealership. First car was a BMW which I kept for 4 years with no problems and I just bought another beautiful land rover this month. Would highly recommend to family & friends without hesitation. Quality cars and fantastic service! The staff at Unique Motors of Tampa are awesome, the staff has gone above and beyond for me each time! I WILL continue to buy my cars from Unique Motors of Tampa.
