Unique Multi-Services

My complaint is with ***-Jean who works for Multi-Unique Services, whom I currently found out has 14 businesses, 7 which, I believe are inactive, not sure. Anyway, my husband and I were referred to her to have our taxes, both personal and business, done. We paid her to have our 2014 taxes amended, which she stated she did and stated she had taken care of it. We continued to use her as our accountant and she was supposed to do our taxes for 2015 and 2016. I have not had any negative response yet to our 2015 taxes from the IRS, but, my husband and I are receiving backlash from the IRS for our 2014 taxes that she never worked on and we paid her to do so, she never even filed our 2016 taxes, something else that we are now trying to resolve. We have made several attempts with ***-Jean to try and resolve this with her by emailing, calling, texting her trying to schedule an appointment, which we made but when we show up at her office, she is not there. An appointment that we scheduled around her time, that she requested because it worked for her and she was not in attendance and we got no call, no text, no email...nothing! I text her and have requested all of our documents that she has on file, requested everything she states that she has worked on our behalf, any documents with our names on them and she has not responded at all in any way. All we want now is what is ours and what we paid her to do and she is dodging us in every way possible. We want our documents so we can take them elsewhere to be processed right so we could be in good standing with our taxes and the IRS. She is preventing us from moving forward and from being in good standing with the IRS. We, as of now, owe the IRS money for reasons unknown to us.
