I was given a verbal agreement to pay for services provided. They continue to give papers with their monthly charges, yet I did not receive treatment for the full year. [redacted] said I would pay for services treated on me. They are charging me the full 2015 year, when I only went to some of teh appointments after my 800$ loan finished covering. After they removed them she told me it was suposably $1500 for services treated on me, but after requesting the times I actually went in, she sent me a bunch of forms and none with my actual treatments I was present for. They are charging me for the remainder of the bill that was due, even though they did not do full services on me. That is the reason for my complaint. As I mentioned earlier, Leticia gave me a phone call informing me that the Dr. had requested the removal of my braces due to my financial status. She then said I would only pay for services received not for the full contract, that is what I agreed to. I then informed her it would be best to go that route due to me coming out pregnant. Per Unique Ortho. Documents: I was only present for treatment on: 3/12/15, 5/4/15, 7/27/15, 11/21/15, & removed per Dr. request, on 1/23/16. I got a Care Credit loan on 3/12/15 in the amount of $800. I then paid $100 on 11/21/15. They were charging me $200 per month after I turned 21 on March 2015. The full year would have been $1800, minus $900 that I paid =900 IF I WAS PRESENT EACH MONTH. The total amount of services treated on me should be $1000, minus the Care credit amount, $800 and my $100 payment. If you notice as well, in the form they are charging me $200 for February 2016, when they removed my braces on 1/23/16. They are giving false statements. The new services render will leave Mrs [redacted] with a balance owing Unique Orthodontics $218.00. We strive to give all our patients quality treatment with affordable prices. Mrs [redacted] was given many opportunities on her treatment and account which she did not comply. Dr [redacted] did not request to remove [redacted] braces off he simply suggested her to remove them until after her delivery of her baby due to she was not able to pay her account and schedule appointments.
