Review: They required a 1/3 deposit although we bought the pavers and stone. He said that they would show up as scheduled even if they had to pull from other jobs. On June * they said they would start on June ** but on June * when I contacted [redacted] to confirm he said that that they were not coming. I tried to arrange a June ** or June ** start date date but he refused . He offered to give back the deposit but now he is refusing.

Review: I contracted unique pavers to put down a brick paver driveway. They did the job and about a year later the driveway began to sink in several spots. There are clear depressions in my driveway and it is no longer level. Puddles pool in these depressions whenever it rains.

I contacted them within time frame given on the contract that states " Contractor warrants all workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of completion. Any failure of workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired by contractor at no cost to owner including labor and materials. We at Unique pavers are the only one company in the Northeast to ofer a 5 year warranty on the workmanship, we are not afraid of our workmanship, that is because we have a unique way to pave"

I was told on March [redacted] 2015 : "Keep me posted in like april begining of May we will fix it for you."

On April [redacted] I was told: "Working in a commercial job and I have a date to finish. I will let you know"

After several unresponded e-mails and phone calls I was told on June [redacted]: " It will be done soon"

Any communication I have with this company was sporadic at best with short one or two sentences via e-mail. They never even bothered to pick up the phone to speak with me or inquire about my problem. It has now been 4 months since I have last heard from them and 7 1/2 months since I contacted them about the repair and they said they would fix it.

After reading numerous complaints on them with the Revdex.com and other review sites on the internet I have no hope that they are going to address the repairsDesired Settlement: I think the business has an obligation to either repair the driveway or pay for an outside company to fix their work.

Review: I had unique pavers install paving stones as well as a stoop approximately 2 years ago. The stoop has recently cracked and I would like this issue repaired. Their warranty explicitly says: "Contractor warrants to Owner that all materials and equipment incorporated into the project will be new unless otherwise specified. All materials and equipment are warranted by the manufacturers or suppliers written warranty only. Contractor warrants all workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of completion. Any failure of workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired by Contractor at no cost to Owner including labor and materials. Contractor makes no other warranty, express or implied and its agents and technicians are not authorized to make such warranties." I asked them to fix this cracking issue in March. They responded at first and said they would do it and would call me in 2-3 weeks. Over 3 months has elapsed and now they will not respond to me at all (I have left messages on their [redacted] site, and have called their number numerous times).Desired Settlement: Ultimately, I would just like my stoop to be repaired.
