I am rejecting this response because:
I have proof to show that while my orders was canceled, this item is still in stock in their website but with a higher price ($instead of $685)I have one friend who ordered it later than me but she got the items
As a large Epson dealer they offered to us a small quantity of the last R2000 printers they had in their warehouse.The item went up on our website and we got a tremendous response. There were simply not enough printers to fill all the orders.There is absolutely no reason we would not...
ship this customers order for 5 Epson R2000 printers totaling over $3000.00but for the fact they printer is no longer available from Epson.
We declined to accept this customers orders. They had high fraud potential. The customer was not willing to provide any additional information regarding the shipping address but chose to be truculent and abusive on the phone. We will not respond to her ranker and insinuations...

I am rejecting this response because:
I will not pay another penny for someone else's mistake. They need to pay for me to ship it to them so they can see what is wrong with their product. It came like this and I will not pay for them to look at it AGAIN, when they should have made sure it was working properly before they sold the used item!
This item was in working order when it was purchased on 10/20/16. All used items are checked to be sure they are in working order prior to being sold.Our return policy for used item is 14 days and all used items have a 90 day Unique Photo warranty. We asked this...
customer to send us the flash so we could evaluateit it for repair or replacement. She chooses not to do so. In my conversation with her yesterday she was abusive said made numerous threats, including contacting the Revdex.com. This situation can be easily resolved. All the customer needs to do is send the flash to us. We will be happy to repair or replace the flash.
Review: I have placed an order on December 28 and Unique Photo stated they are only shipping to the billing address. I explained that I need the order to be shipped to my address of choice as I am not at home. They cancelled the order same day. I called on December 29 and they charged my credit card again stating they will ship the order to address provided. Three days later they haven't shipped the order nor refund the $679.98 charged on December 29. I have emailed and called numerous times since December 29 to ask for the refund confirmation. They told me the order was again cancelled but no refund was made until now, 3 days later. [redacted], his manager [redacted] did not return my voicemails for the past 2 days, and another rep [redacted] was super rude and hang up on me. Overall, they stole $679.98 from my account for an order they never shipped. They are scams, and thieves and they should be audited for unfair business practices and fraud. I will report to the federal authorities regulating their business and Consumer Protection Bureau as well.Desired Settlement: I need Unique Photo to refund immediately the $679.99 the money they stole for an order they never shipped. Review: I placed the order of 1091802 on Oct 18 2015. The seller canceled my order without any reasonable reason. They canceled my order and then re-list it with a higher price ($100 higher) on their web. The seller do not want to fulfill the order, and is a liar that saying the item was out stock (actually it was in stock with higher price). They have horrible customer service, never response to any email inquiry."Desired Settlement: apologize for their liar and no response

Review: on 09/25/15 I saw a listing online for a battery charger that included a battery. Not only was there a picture of the battery included with the item, but the first line in the product overview stated in BOLD letters, "The ACCL1BP kit includes a Sony NPF970 high capacity L series lithium ion battery and ACVQ1051D dual slot fast charger. The clearly stated advertisement for the inclusion of the NPF970 battery (which is a high value item) was the feature that convinced me purchase from this store in particular. When I went into the store the assistant store manager acknowledged the false advertisement and told me "I should have known that the battery wasn't included" despite the boldly stated advertisement. He then handed me a $20 off brand battery and refused to honor the products listed on the website. When I called customer service, they acknowledged the error but refused to honor the advertisement also. In this case, the advertisement for this high valued item definitely brought me through the door and I fell for the old "slight-of-hand".Desired Settlement: I would the company to simply replace the un-used/un-opened, off brand battery with the NPF970 that was advertised in the product listing.
Review: On 12 Sept 2013, I ordered over the Phone a Tamron lenses Sun Hood (model HB011). I paid by ATM card. I asked for email confirmation. I never received confirmation. I called numerous times on where was my order. I had to ask what was the order number which is [redacted]. I was told "it's on back order". I never got any email or call from Unique Photo on my issue. I checked their website on 26 Sept 2013 and it shows the hoods in stock. I called back and asked to speak to manager. I was told " he went to lunch". Very poor company. They took my money and I have no product.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order and a gift card for future purchase.
Review: My daughter drove 2hrs to Unique Photo to return a defective [redacted] on 1/4/14 which was a Christmas gift which she bought from the store on 12/27.She tried everything she could to get it to work including contacting the company and having a hobby shop help her with it .The hobby shop felt it was defective.She returned it to the store as a defective item and was charged 70$ by the store as a restocking fee for an item that is to be returned to the manufacturer.I contacted the manager [redacted] who said the store has no way of telling it is defective and did not offer her a replacement because they didn't have one .I asked him why we are paying 70$ for an item that was being returned to the manufacturer and he stated he didn't know the company's policy.I stated I would return to the store for the item and all of the money and return it myself and that was not an option.My daughter left the store with no money because they can't give cash refunds over 100$ another POLICY and was told a check would be mailed to her minus the 70$ fee.Desired Settlement: Entire amount to be refunded.
The information in this complaint is not correct. On Jan 4 Mr. [redacted], our Director Of Retail Operations, spoke directly with this customer. He was informed that we would refund the entire order. A check for the complete purchase price of $512.53 has been mailed to this customer.

Review: I purchased a camera and lenses on 11/26/15 on "Black Friday" on Amazon.com through their agent Unique Photo of Fairfield, NJ. for the "Black Friday' Discounted price at 4am Thanksgiving morning. The order was accepted, payment was made, and an order conformation was issued. I then completed my online shopping and did not return to my computer until Monday, 11/30/15. Upon returning to my computer, I learned that my order had been cancelled by the seller. I then contacted the seller and the excuse used was that a feed error had caused an incorrect product to be advertised. I pursued the vendor to honor the conformation as I could not return to "Black Friday" prices now that they had passed. This is when the vendor then disclosed that this was not a feed error but instead a pricing error , but they would offer to sell the same item now at a price over double what was advertised or a lesser model for a little less than double the price offered on 11/26/15. This was clearly a measure to bait me with the "Black Friday" price and then cancel the order only to offer the same item at a much higher price using the tactic of "bait and switch".Desired Settlement: That order be honored and delivered.
