This item was in working order when it was purchased on 10/20/All used items are checked to be sure they are in working order prior to being sold.Our return policy for used item is days and all used items have a day Unique Photo warranty We asked this customer to send us the flash so we could evaluateit it for repair or replacementShe chooses not to do soIn my conversation with her yesterday she was abusive said made numerous threats, including contacting the Revdex.comThis situation can be easily resolved All the customer needs to do is send the flash to usWe will be happy to repair or replace the flash
