We have a policy that if items are left after days then the assets
Are considered abandoned We have contacted pete more than once on this occasion and he fails to respond No text pages, no phone callNo emails
He has already slandered my company publicly,
we have tried to be nice, and we have worked well to help them but we are not a storage company, and if the bumpers are so important then why no responses No closure, days is along time to leave someone else property behind. With the slander and the abusive manor in which he slams my company
There was,no neex for that, I have dates and time were were trying to communicate, about all issues and he failed to respond until a aggressive text got his attention.to not pay a small bill, or even address your personal items situation puts you at risk I have no issue giving his bumpers back, but allNegative remarks need to be removed nowAnd a settlement on his bill needs to be met

first of all I understand the client frustration.  When the customer brought in his headers from another powder coater that has been holding his product for a extensive amount of time.  The product was worked on by a previous powder coater.  The client was in a hurry for headers and I...

understand.  I had a limited time to get the job done.  He wanted Ceramic chrome which is a extensive process.  Primary the prep.  Anyway My supplier was out of Chrome so I had to use another supplier we never used before plus I had the overnight the chrome which cost more than the actual paint cost.  At this point I have lost money on this project but I was told there were more pieces to come after the headers were complete.  The customer pick up the headers and I guess he as expecting a more chromer finish than what was expected.  My salesman [redacted] talk to the client about the headers and how we had to clean up the previous powder coater mess and we did finish the job and the headers were completed on time and they were chrome.  The client did pay for the product and sign the receipt and took the product.We did go over and beyond to get this job done, and due to the supplier being out we did take a loss mainly of the overnight cost to make the dead line.  I have problem to refund half the amount paid but we cannot take a 200% loss on this job.  I do appreciate the client business and we want to do the right thing but that would impact us greatly.  Ceramic powder coat is costly and when you apply the liquid you cannot powdercoat anything else untill the process is over.  We have to stop the production line just to apply the ceramic powder coat  it requires a 2 hour pre and post bake and cool off period before removing the product out of the oven.
