Had my roof done by [redacted] he used shingles and roll roofingBecause of shingled part of my roof it didn’t pass inspection for my windstorm certificateI also have leaks in three different areas in my house and water damage done to my ceilingsHe came by a few times to look at roof and just kept adding tar to on my roof where the leaks where nothing helped it continues to leakHe will not fix leaks on my roof and will not fix water damage eitherI’ve contacted him on numerous occasions by phone & txt gave me numerous excuses since December I’ve had leaks & asked him to do my roof again so it can pass inspection so can get windstorm certificate has yet to redo my roof almost year later he’s still not willing to fix the leaks or redo my roof or finish ceiling work where the water damage has occurredMy last chance I’m giving him before I take him to court

Unique remodeling and demolition was amazing!! We had the roof done after the storm and the people we hired did a poor job, even refused to come back and fix itWe hired Unique from a recommendationThey were extremely professional and timelyJob was done before end date and they left no trace other than a satisfied customer

I had unique remodeling come out and do a BIG ROOFING job on my houselet me just say the owner was very understand about everything we had requestedand went way over and above what was expected .The crew did amazing job on having everything well maintenance and very clean, They even trimmed my trees with no extra cost The roofing Price was very reasonable due to he new we had a budget and worked with my husband and I If we would ever need to do any kind of work we will be calling them again

The company was very presentable and they did everything that was asked of themI highly recommend them for any contracting work neededThey finished my patio and fence in a timely manner

*** *** & Unique Remodeling walked off of the job less than halfway through, after being paid in full, and left a huge mess and a huge amount of work undone We had to hire and pay another contractor to finish his work, and we won a suit

We hired this company to replace our roof, boards on the side of our house, vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, and tile in our laundry room Very reasonable quote We had an inspector come to our because we are trying to sell and he said the roof was immaculate We are very pleased with the vinyl planks in the kitchen and the tile work is good too Overall we will use them again for anything else

After hurricane Harvey we signed a contract with Unique Remodeling LLC to replace the roof on our house The contract stated: removal of existing roof demo and prep; rolls of synthetic filt and installation of new asphalt roof with sq of shingles; sq bundles of starters; sq of ridge includes install new metal sticks of 2x2s around home; lead boots; vents; heater jack; remove all roofing debris; engineer and windstorm certificate
The total amount was $7, We wrote him a check on 10/25/for $to start the roofing After it was completed we wrote him a check on 10/29/for the remainder balance of $
In January we found out from our insurance company that a WPI-windstorm certificate had never been filed I contacted *** from Unique Remodeling on January 11, asking about the paperwork for the windstorm certificate Nothing happened I asked him again on May 15, about the windstorm certificate Nothing happened I asked hi

I recently contacted this business for new flooring and a bathroom and kitchen remodelI can say not only did they respond in a timely manner but I also was quoted a reasonable price for the work I wantedI contacted three other companies and by far the price was better They did a great job providing me with the kitchen and bathroom I have always wantedThe floors were beautifully done as wellI recommend this company to all my friends and familyThank you guys once again for a job well done

This business was hired to place a new roof on my home which they began on a Monday, they removed the old roof and did not install drip edge trim along 2/of my home and failed to properly secure paper to prevent holes, etc as the roof did not have new shingles in placeIt began to rain from Tuesday to Friday and snowed on Thursday night which rain/water got into the attic ruining the spray foam insulation and roll out insulation that had just been installed months priorThe rain got on the ceiling drywall and caused two leaks and other wet spots throughout the homeThe company was notified immediately on Wednesday night and photographs were sent to the businessThe company came out to inspect on Thursday afternoon and I was told they secured the paper on the rood however did not place a tarp or another method to prevent further rain from entering my homeOn Friday morning the company arrived at my home at 9AM and began to install the new roof despite it having rained four days
