Tom M [redacted] from Unique Roofing and Paving contracted to repair our flat rood and seal it with GACO roof sealer They repaired portions of the roof and applied one coat of GACO to most, not all of the roofThe instructions on the label state that two coats must be applied to the roof for the GACO warranty to be in effect I am requesting that the contractor complete the roof repair as described in the contract and according to the manufacturers instruction and warranty I would also like to point out that the contractor sent, via email, a list of references One of these references is actually his phone After the it became apparent that they weren't going to complete the job, I called the reference and Tom answered as Unique roofing I think this is fraud, maybe
