I had contacted numerous companies and most were considerably more expensive and there were a few that were slightly cheaperBut for a few hundred bucks more than the cheaper pop up roofers you get quality workmanshipThere's no shortcuts with Unique RoofingThey even replaced a weathered piece of plywood at no extra cost simply because they care about their workmanshipLouis will look at neighbors roof and explain what was done incorrectly and which roofs were done correctlyHe explains everything in great detailHe also ensures that he caulks all existing flashings that go into the bricks for added protection
His care for our property and our neighbors property was also very evidentHe placed plywood sheets over all windows, bbq, gas meter, garage doors, plants etc to ensure there was no damage and placed drop sheets all around the house to capture all the nails
You can save a couple hundred with the cheaper guys out there no doubt but the little extra money spent goes a very long wayDont take the cheap routeLouis and his team are without a doubt one of the best roofing teams around and they have worked with each other for years!
