Review: I had gone into the salon looking to get done an ombré hair color. I didn't receive what I had asked for so asked to come in for them to fix my hair. After going in 2 days after because I didn't get what I paid for they completely damaged my hair. I had to get 3.5 inches taken off my hair because of the amount of damage they did bleaching over bleached hair. They then tried to charge me after ruining my hair and the manager told me to get out of her store. After reaching out to them to have my money refunded they told me they so not offer refunds. I spent $210 in the salon and it's not right of them my to refund me money after the amount of damage they did.Desired Settlement: My money to be refunded for the poor services and unprofessionalism
