Dear Ms [redacted] , I am the owner of Unique SolarI have received your complaint to the Revdex.com stating that we are harassing you with phone callsHowever, whoever is calling you is not us, nor were or are they retained by usI am also very sorry that this is happening to you but there is nothing I can do about it Here are the facts: We do not use, have never used and will never use phone marketingI will be happy to let anyone inspect my home office, we don’t have a commercial space and as you rightfully stated our internet presence has a cellphone number on it, my personal phoneI am also willing to let anyone check all our company phone records to see if we ever called your number or any number in New Jersey The reason I don’t answer that phone when you call me is that I get harassed by telemarketers as well and if it is not a local phone number and I get or more calls and no voicemail message is left I block itI am sure you understand this We are a small family business with employees operating only in San Diego CountyWe install residential and commercial solar systemsAll our marketing is from word of mouth If we would use phone marketing we would not contact people in New Jersey, where you are located because we only work in San DiegoWe have no reason to do that and we can prove that we don’t We do not have a calling list because we do not tele-market and as such we can’t take you off Should we ever call you we would certainly give you our phone number and address, which is my home in San Diego Since I can prove that it is not us who is calling you I would appreciate that you stop your campaign against usI am very interested to find out who is using that name but since they are operating in another state they have the right to do so I would be happy to speak to you in person about thisYou can text to the number below or email Kind regards, [redacted]

This company operates using illegal phone solicitation tactics I have tried to get them to stop calling and harassing me, but for weeks this has continued I have asked that they provide me with their phone number and address to follwith them but they refuse on the phone The phone number listed in their on-line presence is a cell phone number and I have tried multiple times to reach them or their customer service to no avail I have registered a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry as well, but this is the only other way I know of to get them to stop
